At Hyperflex, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of PVC Flex materials across India. This policy explains our shipping process and exchange terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

Delivery Areas

We deliver In Utarprdesh to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partners.

Our Warehouses:

  • Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh
  • Shamli, Uttar Pradesh

Coverage:

  • Muzaffarnagar – Shamli – Bijnor – Deoband – Sharanpur and all the nearby towns.
  • Remote areas (delivery may take longer)

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your PIN code is not serviceable:

  • We’ll inform you within 1 hour of order
  • Suggest nearest pickup point OR
  • Recommend alternative delivery method
  • Full refund if delivery not possible

2. Shipping Timeline

Dispatch Time

Same Day Dispatch:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM → Dispatched same day (for Local Deliveries)
  • Orders after 5:00 PM → Dispatched next working day
  • Sunday & public holidays → Dispatched next working day

Factors Affecting Delivery

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Festivals/peak seasons
  • Courier partner delays
  • Local transportation issues
  • Remote location accessibility

We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Rates

Uttar Pradesh:

  • FREE for orders above ₹15,000

3.2 Bulk Order Shipping

For orders 50+ rolls:

  • Negotiated shipping rates
  • Part-load truck option
  • Full-load truck (100+ rolls) – Best rates
  • Contact us for quote

5. Packaging

Our Packaging Standards

  • Original manufacturer packaging when possible
  • Proper labeling with order details
  • Moisture-resistant covering if needed
  • Secure taping and bundling

Your Responsibility

On delivery, please check:

  • Packaging is intact (not torn/damaged)
  • Seals are unbroken
  • Roll count matches invoice
  • No visible damage

Do not accept delivery if:

  • Packaging badly damaged
  • Seals are broken
  • Material looks damaged externally

Failed Delivery

If all 3 attempts fail:

  • Material returns to our warehouse
  • Additional delivery attempt charge: ₹200-500
  • OR arrange self-pickup
  • OR cancel order (return shipping deducted from refund)

Delivery Acceptance

When courier arrives:

  1. Check packaging condition
  2. Verify roll count
  3. Sign delivery receipt
  4. Note any visible damage on receipt

If damaged:

  • Don’t accept delivery OR
  • Accept with remarks “Packaging damaged – subject to inspection”
  • Take photos immediately

7. Self-Pickup Option

Pickup from Warehouse

You can pick up orders from:

  • Muzaffarnagar warehouse (address)
  • Shamli warehouse (address)

Process:

  1. Select “Self Pickup” at checkout
  2. We prepare order and call you
  3. Visit warehouse with:
    • Invoice/Order confirmation
    • Valid ID proof
    • Vehicle for loading
  4. Check material before loading
  5. Make payment (if COD)

Benefits:

  • No shipping charges
  • Immediate pickup after confirmation
  • Inspect material before taking

Pickup Timing

  • Monday to Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Public holidays: Closed

8. Exchange Policy

When Exchange is Possible

We offer exchange within 24 hours of delivery for:

Wrong Product:

  • We sent different product than ordered
  • Wrong GSM/width/brand

Manufacturing Defect:

  • Material has visible defect
  • Quality issue from manufacturer

Damaged in Transit:

  • Material damaged during shipping
  • Packaging was compromised

Exchange Process

Step 1: Report (Within 24 Hours)

Step 2: Verification

  • Send photos/videos of issue
  • Show invoice and material
  • Our team reviews within 4 hours

Step 3: Exchange Approval If approved:

  • We arrange pickup (FREE)
  • Send replacement from nearest warehouse
  • OR adjust in your next order

Step 4: Receive Replacement

  • New material dispatched
  • Delivery in 3-5 days
  • Same product, correct specification

When Exchange is NOT Possible

No exchange if:

  • More than 24 hours since delivery
  • Material already used/cut
  • Customer ordered wrong product (your error)
  • Minor color variation (normal)
  • No genuine defect/damage
  • Packaging not available

12. Delivery Issues & Support

Common Issues

Issue: Delivery delayed

  • Check tracking
  • Call courier partner
  • Call us: We’ll escalate

Issue: Wrong address

  • Inform immediately
  • Address correction possible before dispatch
  • After dispatch: May incur charges

Issue: Partial delivery

  • Check if split shipment
  • Report missing items within 24 hours
  • We’ll dispatch balance OR refund

13. Special Delivery Instructions

Requesting Special Delivery

You can request:

  • Delivery to specific person only
  • Call before delivery
  • Deliver to building reception
  • Saturday delivery
