Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hyperflex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our cancellation and refund process.

1. Order CancellationCancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order FREE of charge if:

  • Order has not been dispatched yet
  • You contact us within 1 hour of placing order
  • Material is still in our warehouse

How to Cancel:

Refund Timeline:

  • COD orders: No refund needed (not paid yet)
  • Prepaid orders: Refund within 5-7 business days
  • EMI orders: Cancellation processed with EMI provider
  • Cancellation After Dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation is NOT possible.

However, you can:

  • Refuse delivery (see section 1.3)
  • Return within 24 hours (see Return Policy)

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery:

  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund
  • Material must be in original packaging
  • Refund = Order Value – Return Shipping Charges – Restocking Fee (10%)

Example:

  • Order Value: ₹10,000
  • Return Shipping: ₹500
  • Restocking Fee (10%): ₹1,000
  • Refund Amount: ₹8,500

2. Returns and Exchanges

When You Can Return

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery if:

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Material has visible manufacturing defects
  • GSM/thickness not as specified
  • Physical damage from manufacturer

Wrong Product Delivered:

  • You received different product than ordered
  • Wrong size/GSM/width sent
  • Quantity mismatch

Damaged in Transit:

  • Material damaged during delivery
  • Packaging was tampered
  • Visible external damage

When You CANNOT Return

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Material has been used/cut/printed
  • 24 hours have passed since delivery
  • Packaging is damaged/opened (unless defect)
  • You ordered wrong product (your mistake)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color variation (minor shades)
  • You changed your mind after receiving

Step 1: Report Issue (Within 24 Hours)

Step 2: We Verify

  • Our team reviews your complaint
  • Photos/videos may be requested
  • Decision within 4 hours

Step 3: Return Approval If approved:

  • We arrange pickup (free for defective products)
  • You pack material in original packaging
  • Pickup within 2-3 business days

Step 4: Inspection

  • Material inspected at warehouse
  • If defect confirmed → Full refund/replacement
  • If no defect found → Deductions apply

Step 5: Refund/Replacement

  • Replacement sent within 3-5 days (if stock available)
  • OR Refund within 7-10 business days

3. Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

You get full refund if:

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed
  • We sent wrong product
  • Material damaged in transit (our fault)
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Partial Refund

Deductions apply if:

  • Material returned but no defect found (you pay return shipping + 10% restocking)
  • Packaging damaged/opened unnecessarily
  • Delivery refused without valid reason

No Refund

No refund if:

  • Material already used/cut/printed
  • Return request after 24 hours
  • Product damaged due to improper handling by customer
  • No manufacturing defect and customer error

4. Refund Methods

COD Orders

  • Refund via bank transfer only
  • Provide bank details (Account No., IFSC, Name)
  • Processed within 7-10 business days

Prepaid Orders

  • Refund to original payment method
  • UPI: 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfer: 7-10 business days
  • Credit/Debit card: 10-14 business days (bank processing)

EMI Orders

  • Refund processed with EMI provider
  • EMI payments stop immediately
  • Paid installments refunded to original source
  • May take 14-21 days due to EMI provider processing

Credit Customers

  • Adjusted in next invoice
  • OR credit note issued
  • As per agreed credit terms

5. Replacement Policy

When Replacement is Offered

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged in transit
  • Replacement Process
  • We send replacement from nearest warehouse
  • Same product, same quantity
  • Free of charge for genuine defects
  • Delivery within 3-5 business days

No Replacement Available?

If product out of stock:

  • Full refund processed
  • OR different product of same value (with your consent)
  • OR credit note for future purchase

6. Quality Complaints

How to Report Quality Issues

Within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Don’t use the material
  2. Take clear photos/videos showing:
    • Defect/damage
    • Product packaging
    • Invoice/bill

We Will Check

  • Manufacturing defect vs. normal variation
  • Compare with manufacturer specifications
  • Verify with supplier if needed

Resolution

If Genuine Defect:

  • Full replacement OR full refund
  • Return shipping free
  • Apology for inconvenience

If No Defect Found:

  • We explain why
  • Share manufacturer specifications
  • No refund (product as per standards)

7. Special Cases

Bulk Orders (100+ rolls)

  • Pre-delivery sample approval required
  • Once approved and delivered, no returns
  • Defect claims within 48 hours (not 24)
  • Replacement for defective pieces only

Custom Orders

  • Made-to-order products
  • No cancellation after production starts
  • No refund/return unless manufacturing defect
  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Sold “as-is”
  • No returns/refunds
  • Clearly marked on product page

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes, lockouts
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic situations
  • War, riots
  • Any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control

Refunds may be delayed in such situations.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To get refund/replacement, you must:

  • ✅ Report within 24 hours
  • ✅ Provide order number and invoice
  • ✅ Share clear photos/videos
  • ✅ Keep original packaging
  • ✅ Not use the material
  • ✅ Cooperate with inspection
  • ✅ Provide accurate bank details for refund

10. Our Decision is Final

  • Our quality check team’s decision is final
  • We may consult manufacturer if needed
  • Abusive behavior will result in service denial
  • We reserve right to refuse returns for repeat offenders
