Business Terms

Who Can Order –

  1. Our services are for businesses only (B2B) 1
  2. You must be 18 years or older
  3. You must provide valid business details and GST information if applicabl

Product Information –

  1. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are as accurate as possible
  2. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  3. GSM, width, and length specifications are as per manufacturer standards

Pricing –

  1. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
  2. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  3. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
  4. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply

Ordering Process

How to Order –

  1. Browse products on our website
  2. Add items to cart with desired quantities
  3. Proceed to checkout and provide delivery details
  4. We will confirm your order within 20 minutes via phone/WhatsApp
  5. Invoice will be sent after confirmation

Order Confirmation –

  1. Orders are confirmed only after we contact you
  2. We may refuse orders if:
    Product is out of stock
    Delivery address is not serviceable
    Payment terms cannot be agreed upon
    We suspect fraudulent activity

Order Modifications –

  1. You can modify orders before dispatch by contacting us
  2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified

  3. EMI Options (where available)
  4. Credit Terms (for approved regular customers only)

Payment Timeline –

  1. COD: Payment due on delivery
  2. Credit Terms: As per agreed credit period (usually 15-30 days)
  3. EMI: As per EMI provider terms

Late Payment –

  1. Late payment charges may apply after credit period
  2. Interest @ 18% per annum on delayed payments beyond credit terms

Delivery Terms

Delivery Timeline –

  1. Same day dispatch for orders placed before 5:00 PM
  2. Remote areas may take 1 – 2 business days

Delivery Locations –

  1. We deliver Muzaffaranagar – Shamli – Bijnor and all the nearby areas
  2. Delivery charges apply based on location and order value

Delivery Process –

  1. Orders are dispatched from our nearest warehouse (Muzaffarnagar or Shamli)
  2. Tracking details will be shared
  3. You must inspect goods upon delivery

Product Quality

Our Commitment –

  1. All products are checked before dispatch
  2. Manufacturer’s quality standards apply

Your Responsibility –

  1. Inspect material immediately upon delivery
  2. Report any visible damage/defects within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Claims after use/installation will not be accepted

Liability Limitations

  1. Delays due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control
  2. Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
  3. Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use
  4. Color variations due to printing/display differences
  5. Loss of business or profits

Maximum Liability –

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific order

Intellectual Property –

  1. All content on hyperflex.digital is our property
  2. Product images may belong to respective manufacturers
  3. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission

Data Protection

Your information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Credit Terms (For Approved Customers)

Credit Approval –

  1. Credit terms are offered at our sole discretion
  2. Requires minimum 3 months of regular purchases
  3. Subject to credit limit and verification

Credit Conditions –

  1. Credit period: 15-30 days as agreed
  2. Outstanding payments must be cleared before new orders
  3. We may withdraw credit facility without notice

Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
